6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions and Your use of this website and any dispute or claim arising from or in association with such matters shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of China and You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the China courts. Tabrick reserve the right to bring proceedings against any party which is in breach of these Terms and Conditions (“defaulting party”) in the courts of the location of the breach, the courts of the country of the defaulting party’s residence at Our sole discretion.
Tabrick reserves the right to change any information or materials available on this website at any time without notice. Tabrick may also amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon publishing the amended Terms and Conditions on the website which is deemed to be accepted by You if You continue to use the website.
